Using this site means you are alright with what follows. It is short, and none of it is a trap.
What this site is
The Debrief Co. is a Mumbai-based publication run by two people. We write about things we have looked into, and we link to the brands that sell them. We are not a shop. We do not sell anything on this site, take payments, hold stock, or ship.
Buying from a brand we link to
Every purchase is between you and that brand, under their terms. Their prices, their stock, their delivery, their returns policy, their customer service. We have no part in the transaction and cannot intervene in it.
We record what a brand's own page said on the day we checked, and we say when that was. It can change afterwards without anybody telling us. Confirm on the brand's page before you pay.
Links to other websites
We link out constantly. Those sites are not ours and we do not control what they do, what they say, or what they collect about you. A link is not an endorsement of that site's own terms or privacy practices.
What we cannot promise
We put real work into getting this right, and we will fix anything we get wrong as soon as we know about it. But this site is offered as it is. We cannot promise it will always be available, always be current, or always be free of errors.
Nothing here is professional advice. Not medical, not dermatological, not legal, not financial. Decisions you make after reading us are your own.
Where our responsibility ends
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you bought after reading it — including a product that disappointed you, a price that had changed, an order that never arrived, or a brand that stopped replying.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Our work
The writing, photographs, videos and design on this site belong to The Debrief Co. Please do not republish them as your own.
You are very welcome to share a link, quote us with credit, or send a list to a friend. That is what it is for. Copying a list wholesale onto your own page is not.
Brand names, logos and product photographs belong to their owners and appear here to show you what we are discussing.
Writing to us
If you send us a recommendation or a tip, you are giving us permission to act on it and write about it. We will not publish your name unless you have said we may.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows when we last did. Carrying on using the site after a change means you are alright with the new version.
Which law applies
Indian law, with the courts at Mumbai having jurisdiction.
